I'm on a drug called Charlie Sheen...

Here's the pics of when I had it apart, and then what I got done the first night. I am going back tonite to try and finish it, but I don't have any sanding belts yet! I have been waiting to get paid again before I order any. The belts are cheap, but shipping is a killer...

I know the roller isn't level, but that's an easy fix... What I am still pondering is how to make the belts easily changeable/tensionable...

Phish... yeah. That's the plan. I got the upper roller mounted last night and figured out how to make it hinged and easier to change belts. I think all I have left to do is make my flat platen (to go behind the belt and press on to get a flat grind) and add a spring to keep tension on the upper roller. Plus I still have to order belts, and I am a bit concerned about how to keep the belt from "wandering" on the roller...

Chris... the easy answer is "because they get paid to"...
