Need help identifying this shower valve

This old shower valve, probably from the 80s or so, is leaking and im looking to get a repair kit for it but Im sure what brand it is. Looks like maybe an old delta but not sure. If anyone knows Id be greatly appreciative.IMG_20220915_183129662.jpgIMG_20220915_183132905_HDR.jpg
 
I don't recall Delta ever having splines.
Take the valve apart (after shutting water off).
 
That looks like an old symmons valve they are made in Braintree mass can you show the trim???? That ring holding that chrome piece resembles a symmons valve
 
So it's gonna be a symmons temptrol stem is gonna be a s-96-2 I think the seats are labeled sc-4 you can go online and get a tool specifically made for that valve there is a# attached to it but I don't know it's not called the raven tool sometimes the cold seat gets stuck, and you need a set of easy outs very easy to work and will last a lifetime if you need more help let me know
