Mixing/Diverter hand held Shower

I am trying to rebuild this mixing/diverter valve combo but I need to know the brand and if it indeed rebuildable. The problem is when it is set to shower there is still a drip from the spout. According to the inspector when it is set to shower there should be no water coming out of the spout. Need Help, thanks.
