Mixing/Diverter hand held Shower valve

Hi I have this mixing/diverter hand held shower valve that I would like to rebuild. The issue is that when it is set to shower there is still a trickle of water coming out of the spout. First I need to know what brand it is? second is it rebuildable? Is there a special tool needed? Thanks.

It’s an import from Asia. Take the handle off and pull the cartridge out.

Post pics of the cartridge from all sides and take measurements with a metric caliper.
