Hey what do guys think about milwaukee cameras? I've only used ridgid my whole life, they're relatively new to the market. Any feed back is appreciated. Thanks

I'm not a Milwaukee inspection camera fan. I had a made in China Milwaukee 2300-20 that had problems from the beginning of time. When the unit stopped working completely, Milwaukee said the unit side of the connector for the cable went bad where it pivots. I was told it is a "Throw Away" camera because they don't have the part.

Oscilliscope showed a short between wires. Opening it, I found the wires encased in epoxy, so one could not get to the short circuit to repair the wires.

Replacement:
Cheap $40.00 Model P50 from Ilihome. (Still made in China, but only $40.00) It can record videos & photos to its mini SD card. It also has a front and side camera with separate, adjustable, lights. So far, I've used it roughly and it still works.
