Hi everyone,
I’m putting together some shower lines with Sharkbite PEXb, and I keep finding mixed messages on bends. The bend in the attached photo runs from the valve to the wand drop ear. It’s wider than the 90° bend support (shown in the photo), but I’m curious on others thoughts. Would this be better to cut and crimp an elbow? I was trying to avoid additional connections, but also want to be as safe as possible before closing it all up. Once closed, I will have access from the rear, but it won’t be easy. Thanks for the input!

out of all the pex leaks I’ve repaired, I’d say over 90% are where the tubing takes a bend as on your picture.
