Leaking bathtub tap

Hi, any idea if there is a part that I need to change to fix the leak in the bathtub tab, as seen in the attached video?

Hi Breplum, based on the picture below, it should be Moen 1225 and not 1222 right?
Also, do I need the special tool to remove it? I tried to pull it out with plyers but it won't move.

If operation is: pull out to turn on, then 1225

Remove that brass retaining clip. The one with the little hole in it. Do not drop it.

Thanks. I did but still couldn't get the cartridge out using plyers. Will getting the cartridge removal tool help or it's stuck and i need to drill it out?
