Is this PEX or PB or ??

Good morning!

Months ago a cleaning product containing bleach leaked inside a bathroom sink cabinet. It did a number on pretty much everything metallic. I thought the plumbing stops should be replaced. Problem is I don't have any experience with PEX or PEX-like plumbing.

I took some pictures on my phone and went to our local Home Depot. The plumbing guy said this is PB, not PEX.

According to our paperwork, the mobile was built Sept. 17th 1999. Roughly 3 years after PB was supposed to be removed from the market.

Can anyone identify this tubing for me?

I emailed a picture of the plumbing to a county building inspector. He said the same thing - PEX.
