I have a 1970 home that uses a wet vent plumbing system.
I have a main stack ABS 3" pipe that goes straight through the flat roof.

There is a room in my basement that has a 2" abs drain that is connected straight to main stack 3" abs about not even 1 foot away. So no vent near this pipe.

I would like to install a washer (to the right of pipe) and utility sink (to the left of pipe )to the 2" abs drain if its possible.

How would I go about it ? Do i need a AAV ?
Any drawing or ideas to help me make this possible.

The 2" drain you see in pic is about 16" off unfinished floor.

Thanks !

I believe under IPC code you still have to tie that 2" for the washer machine into a 3" stack. i would check your local codes.

No, the stand pipe has to be separate. Can you not put another 3" x 1 1/2" tee on top of the 3" x 2" tee

Thanks for the reply CT-18

unfortunately all i have to play with is the 2" drain line comming out of wall. The rest (3" main stack) is behind a poured concrete wall 12" thick !

Is there any other way or idea to attach a sink and washer to the 2" drain line without breaking a wall to get access to the 3" stack ?

I found this youtube video what about the following pic ?
