Hello there,

I have a client who would like an exposed pipe shower. Here is the look she is going for: https://www.vintagetub.com/bathroom...osed-shower-set-with-handshower-rmn679-s.html
However, this shower is out of stock, leading me to my question:

The shower in the link really looks like just a standard clawfoot tub faucet like this: https://www.lowes.com/pd/Elements-o...andle-Fixed-Wall-Mount-Bathtub-Faucet/4668055
And the riser is where the hand shower is. And, from what I can tell they have unscrewed the tub spout and attached the hand shower in it's place.

Can anyone with plumbing expertise confirm for me that you can use one of the faucets like the one I linked to and put the riser where the hand shower is and connect the hand shower where the tub faucet is? If so,

I can purchase this riser and the rain shower head here to get the look she wants:

the claw foot tu you are using....is the valve mounted on the tub????those are the only ones i have worked on there is a brand out there caller pioneer....or i have run across wolverine brass
the pioneer valve has a 1/8 by 3/8 female connection for the exposed 3/8 pipe for your shower I'm sure you could find a chrome 3/8 length for the shower head
