I have a regular septic tank I believe it's 1000 gal. I was wanting to add a very small bldg that would be used to prepare some food for a food truck. No frying. The health dept says it needs to be inspected ad a commercial kitchen. All I'm adding is a 3 compartment sink, a hand sink,a mop sink. Before I spend 300 dollars on a inspection. Would my existing tank work to tap into. ?
