Which Thermostatic Valve Cartridge is this?

Hello,

Pretty sure I need to replace my thermostatic valve cartridge since I can no longer change the temp of my shower. The fixtures in the shower are from Concinnity, so I think I need 1 of there either 2 cartridges:

If I'm correct, which one do I need? The difference between the two is 3/4" "high flow" vs 1/2 and I can't tell from cutout what the pipe diameter is.

If the cartridge in your hand,with the #s on it is your issue and you know the brand just order what's in your hand, or contact tech support and show the the picture

If your installation is a standard size tub/shower, then it is probably half inch.
Only way to know for sure is to see how fast you can fill a bucket from tubspout and look up that brand's specs.
