Which Pipes on well pump go to house?

I have a SHUR-DRI SD-520C-T7-01 pump but the well is contaminated and needs to be re drilled, so for now I am connecting to the city meter on my property. I am going to cap off the well pipes and just connect to the pipe going into my house. The Smaller copper pipe going into the house is my water supply pipe correct? Then the two larger galvanized pipes to the well?

Correct. Not sure if redrilling the well will solve contamination, unless you drill it far far away, but that's a different discussion.
