What tub spout will fit??

Can someone please tell me what type of tub spout will fit this? Current model is a Masco 32192. The entire internet confuses me on what this is. Thought slip fit, but I need a spout that has this insert and all photos of new ones look hollow. I also want a Delta, has to have diverter and be metal. If someone can give me model options, I’d greatly appreciate it!!

Thanks! Plastic is junk (what we have now), so I want metal, which is more durable. I was really just looking to know the name of what we have going on lol

The hook up is a proprietary brass adapter with an oring.

It’s fits a multitude of different delta spouts. It’s been around for about 20 yrs.
