Hello,
I am trying to make a custom adapter that attaches to a replacement forced-air heater nozzle (for a waste oil burner). I am having some trouble identifying the thread type on the nozzle.
I went to the hardware store and discovered that a 3/8" compression nut fits the threads perfectly. What is the thread type (diameter [I think it is 9/16"] and TPI) of a 3/8" compression fitting. From there, I can purchase a matching tap.
Thanks,
icecats
