Water stopped??

This has happened a couple of times lately I am running water (taking shower) the water pressure is fine and the water will suddenly stop flowing to all faucets in the house stay off for maybe 15 seconds and then just as suddenly come back on. Its a private well with submersible pump and bladder pressure tank. Any ideas? Acts like someone in the basement shuts of water valve and then turns it back on. Good pressure, OFF, Good pressure??

I’d start by checking the air pressure in the bladder tank. It should be 2-psi less than the cut in pressure of the well pump. If you have a 30-50 pressure switch, the tank needs to have 28-psi over the bladder. If you can’t adjust it to that the bladder is damaged and you need a new tank.

Other possibility is a bad check valve. I’ve had worn check valves, plumbed in the wrong place, cause similar problems.
