I have a delta monitor shower tub, it doesn’t leak when someone takes a shower, but if the tub is used, it seems to have a Slow drip from the tub which doesn’t stop. With the help of a plumber, we changed the cartridge less than a year ago to a new delta monitor cartridge. Odd thing is that the drip seems to stop when I unscrew the tub spout. But if water pours out, then it’s done. Any ideas? Is the cartridge shot already? Could it be the rubber seats and springs? Or just something with the tub spout? Any ideas?
