Hey everyone,
I need some advice regarding a toilet drain. So far I have it setup as pictured but it has been brought to my attention that it may not satisfied California Plumbing Code in terms of cleanout.

*
The 3" drain goes from the toilet flange into a long sweep 90 then into 2 45° then another long sweep 90° into a combo with cleanout.
The 2 45° are needed in order to drop the drain line to install the toilet vent. There is not enough space to slope the 2" vent if the drain if not dropped.
Also all the piping will have to be concealed with drywall in order to satisfy fire code.
But do I have enough cleanout on the line in order to pass inspection?
Any advice on what s missing or what needs to be changed will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

Might be other option if we can see more walls.
Hope you're not dropping a shower drain straight in the 3"
