Which are the most reliable Thermostatic bath taps that one can fit please?

There is no one answer to this question. Be sure to choose something you like from a well known brand like Moen, Koehler, Delta, American Standard, etc....

Now there is difference between thermostatic valves and Pressure balanced.
Not sure but I don't think Moen makes a thermostatic valve. Only Pressure balanced ones

Moen ExactTemp is thermostatic. No reported problems with them so far, probably 5 installs over the past 6 or 7 years.

We install a lot of Positemp and if you don't use them regularly, the balance spool can get stuck.
