Speakman Mix O Meter

My home was built in 1925, still has the original shower/tub controls. The fixture for operating the shower is a Speakman Mix O Meter. As one can imagine the fixture has a fair amount of wear.

I'm looking for advice on sourcing replacement componets or original components in better condition than mine.

Components needed:
Seal seats, they are threaded into the main body. I've attempted to lap the seats but they are quite worn.

Stem and hub. The threads are worn, I see no repair option other than machine new if I can't find replacements.

Any help you can provide is appreciated.
