Smell from kitchen when showering

So every time i have a shower i get sewer smell from my kitchen sink. I have a 2 story house on septic.
the weird thing is if i turn the kitchen sink just the tiniest bit just a trickle there is no smell.
Any thoughts on what may be the issue?

Traps under the sink? If so get a plumber out might have some siphoning of some sort going on.

Check to see if you have a AAV vent on your kitchen sink drain. It may need to be replaced.
