I am working on a tiny bathroom. I would like to find a wall mounted cistern (pull chain) and a small bowl that sits very close to or against the wall, allowing as much leg room as possible. Also, I would like to offset the the cistern from above the bowl, as there is a window occupying that space. The wall is painted cinderblock.

The bathroom is pretty utilitarian, so high-end design and materials are not preferred.

Does anyone have a suggestion for models for the bowl and the cistern?

Your going to have a hard time finding that one. By today's codes toilets must use no more then 1.6 gal. per flush. The toilet your looking for was made to use 3.3-5 gal. per flush.
