I have a kitchen faucet that is sticking. How do you remove the handle so I can lube it. I unscrewed the lever but that did not allow the full handle to be removed. The pictures show what I have done.

Seems obvious that after loosening the set screw, the handle will come off.
But might as well buy the replacement cartridge first (good luck with finding that).
Cartridges like that are typically "ceramic" and there are sliding surfaces that wear. Sometimes, rarely, a shot of silicone lube into the lever without removing the cartridge can help (or buy you some time).
But, can't beat replacements.
