Hi all

I am looking for shower sewer filter that can be blocked and unblocked instantly.
Any idea?

Or are u talking about something that operates like a tub drain?

Do you have access to the trap? I do not believe this is acceptable by code (no body has ever asked for that) but you could put a valterra blade valve in if you have access to the drain below the shower. I think they do come in PVC but they are normally ABS.

Thanks for your answer

But it would be great to find mechanism that open the valve when there is water from the shower and it closes when there is no water.

The trap seal may be a good option. It slips into the body of the drain. It's meant to replace trap primers. It only opens when water is running down the drain. It prevents water from evaporating in the trap. This will be your least difficult option.
