Hello, my shower head is dripping slightly when the faucet is off and I’ve determined it to be the cartridge as seen in these 3 pictures. I couldn’t find the brand or a model number nor can I find a replacement one online that looks exactly like this. Anyone know the specs on this ??

Count the splines on the stem.
Measure the stem from end to end. The over all length.
Measure the diameter of the stem at the end where it inserts into the valve.
Post pics of the trim.
