Last night the chain to my flusher in the bathroom came unhinged and my stepson in an effort to flush the toilet broke the ballcock assembly off of the pipe to the toilet. Chaos ensued.

We cut the water off and I put everything back together but when I turned the water back on there is no pressure in either the toilet or that bathroom sink.

Every other faucet in the house seems to be working normally.

What is wrong?

There is likely debris in the faucet and ballcock that broke loose off of the interior wall of the pipe. I would start by checking the flow at the output of the shutoff valves underneath the sink and toilet. That will start to give you some idea as to where the problem lies.
