Greetings and thank you in advance for all help. HWH in a manufactured home needs to be replaced. Actually the building is permanently sitting on a full poured concrete foundation, 8' ceilings, poured concrete floor. The boiler and HWH are in the basement, not in the manufactured housing area. Does the HUD requirement still apply? Thank you?
