Hi,

I have a Grundfos 59896114 circulating pump that died. Its located right above my hot water tank, but its soldered into the pipes. Would it be possible to replace just the pump, but not the housing that's soldered in? That way I wouldn't have to disconnect any pipes. Thoughts?

I could post some pics if need be.

Thanks!
Randy

You can try. Just remove the 4 allen screws that hold the motor in the housing and swap it with a the new one.
