Im having trouble removing this leaky faucet handle. No screws our manufacturer identification. Any suggestions?

Pop the chrome cap on the handle carefully, and you should see a Phillips screw under it, holding the handle onto the stem.

Thanks for the help, Im not sure that is a cap, if it is it must be frozen because I cant get it out.
 
Take another picture of the base of the handle, nearer to the trim plate.

It looks like I can see a set screw or access to one, in the side of the shaft, at the base of the handle.
