Rear Outlet Toilet Question - Rough in - HELP!

HI all - thanks in advance

I have a rear outlet toilet in my bathroom now, the rough in is 4" high from the ground to the center of the outlet.

There is a Kohler Barrington toilet that is also 4" outlet which would fit, btu I like the

Happy D Duravit better Duravit 017009 Elongated Close Coupled Washdown Toilet Bowl with Vario Outlet from Happy D Series

The problem: the Duravit toilet rough in is 7" above the floor level.

Is there a way to make this work? Some curved adaptor a plumber can use? Don't want to have any problems flushing or trouble down the line.

Most rear outlet toilets are 4" of the finish floor. There is no fitting that will do what your looking for. I guess you will have to keep looking for a toilet that fits yours and your plumbings needs.
