Radiant floor wont heat - Water heater to blame?

Hello -
It is starting to get chilly here in Pennsylvania.
The two thermostats are calling for the radiant floors to heat up . .
and ... nothing.

I believe that the pumps for the 2 zones are running fine.

The radiant lines, though, are not getting hot.

Now to figure out why...

Primary concern - is the high efficiency Bradford White hot water heater getting hot?

UPDATE : I just noted that the water heater cooled way down.

i think the thermostat / gas valve isn't working right.
Any suggestions?
