Price Pfister 910-385 stems, need handles

I remodel our bathroom and left all the plumbing intact. My idea was to just replace the shower hardware and save some money. Now that I am searching for new handles, I am finding there isn't anything in brushed nickel that will fit the Price Pfister 910-385 stems.

Can I just replace the stems with something that has a better product line that has more modern handles? If so, how do I now what size will fit?

all the stems for that faucet will all have the same spline on stem.

I looked a around a bit and only found chrome. But occasionally I have seen aftermarket kits that will fit.
Some have inserts in the handles to make them fit a variety of different manufactures.

After reading you post, I called a supply house. There is one kit that will work, it is s10-400k. I lucked out. Would have hated to break two tile and redo the plumbing.
