Hi Guys,

I am doing a research project on water demand from rainwater tanks in remote areas. I have purchased 20 positive displacement flow meter from elster (v100 - psm) as it was recommended to me for this application. I was told that meters need to remain full of water at all time or they will get busted. I can't find any installation guide online and the supplier is closed during the holidays. Could anyone explain to me the best way to fit this type of meter on rainwater tank outputs? Some will have reticulated system with pumps and some would only have a tap fitted at the bottom of the tank.

Any info would be greatly appreciated!
