Hi I'm working for a customer who has an older shower valve that was dripping. I was able to change out the the springs and rubbers that had a place in them. Regular delta springs and rubbers worked. Then after getting it back together realized the valve body was put in upside down. Put it back together and all was good until the customer took her 1st shower. The water isn't getting as hot as what it should. Meaning that the o-rings on the back of the pbu aren't sealing and allowing water to crossover. They aren't normal o-rings so I wasn't able to change them. I've worked on older kohlers that have the brass mixer cap and was able to use parts from the newer kohlers to fix them. This one looks really close to a kohler but not quiet. It uses 4 screws to hold the mixer cap on. I wasn't able to find any brand markings on the cover plate, handle, or any other part. Can anyone help me figure out what brand this is? Or any information on it would help. Thanks in advance!
