Old Delta shower valve

Old Delta single handle shower valve not getting very much hot water I changed the 2 rubber gaskets and springs and that didn't help thanks mike

Change the cartridge. Changing the springs and rubbers eliminates a dripping faucet.

There is no cartridge it has a ball inside with two rubber gaskets and a third hole on the bottom I'm thinking it might be plluged up with calcium (the third hole) thanks for the answer

remove the ball,caps and springs......were the hot and cold enter use a wet vac to remove any debris

I had my wife hold a bucket over the holes and turned the water on momentarily that should have cleaned out the 2 holes but still very little hot water any other ideas?

use the wet vac on the holes

You might also try using compressed air to dislodge any debris that might me in the hot water line.

Yay that vacuum and air compressor did the job . Thanks for the help
