Interesting. That's where I live. Maybe he's using a VPN? Truth be told, Ashburn, VA, Loudoun County, is ground zero for school-related issues and we have most of the world's internet traffic flowing through the myriad data centers that are springing up like dandelions. One strategically-placed mini-nuke could take out most of the world's internet.
