New...need help like the rest :)

I'm in the North Florida/Tallahassee area. I just bought some land that has two submersible pump-type wells on it. Both were vandalized and stripped of (almost) everything of value.

Looking forward to "meeting" new people and learning new things while I rehab the property(and the wells).
