Hello everyone! I just found the forums and signed up a couple of days ago. As well as wearing several other hats, I'm the general maintenance guy at a commercial building. I generally try to get things done right as best I can, and hopefully you guys can give me a hand with that from time to time. If it were up to me I'd probably call a professional plumber/electrician/HVAC/roofing contractor most of the time, but it usually isn't up to me. I do know when I get in way over my head and need to throw in the towel tho, lol. Thanks for the help in advance! -Ian
