need help identifying faucet for part

I need the valve that regulates flow from this faucet, but i don't know which model it is. it is some kind of wellington i believe. can anyone please lend a hand? thanks!

It looks alone the line of Franke, Hamat, or Graff. If you can remove the cartridge post a pics of it. Check the supply lines under the sink for a info sticker. Look on the back side of faucet with a mirrow to see if a name is stamp on faucet.
