Need Help Identifying a shower faucet

Does anyone recognize this shower faucet? There is a separate handle (small) for the on off and a separate handle (large) for the temperature on separate walls. There are no identifying names or markings and the shower head is leaking. I can not seem to get the handle off (small handle; on off only) to remove the valve stem to replace it. Thank you in advance.

Looks like Moen but not positive.
