MOEN Shower/Tub valves

In the Moen installation Schematics measurments for a tub shower state that the shower arm be placed 78 inches above the floor. In my current set up, the shower arm was at 68 in. I can go as high as 71 inches. Does anyone know if this will cause a problem with stacking. The distance between the valve and top of shower arm is 41 inches. In the troubleshooting section of the manual it states "choice of pipe/distance between valve and shoewehead less than 46 in may cause stacking....Appreciate any assistance. Thanks

I have put them within 36" before, but only on a shower only valve. So I can't say with certainty if you will experience problems or not.
