Anyone on here up to speed on mini boilers for in floor heat? Mine was making a boiling noise and I called the HVAC guy and he thought there was air in the system and maybe needed some water. He bled the system and the water was black as coal and smelled burnt. He said he'd never seen that before. I think the antifreeze has been burnt. Now when running it makes a loud boiling noise which it didn't used to do a few months back. Do these things actually boil water or just heat it? Temp is set at 90 deg
