I have a Mansfield 1994 Model 160 toilet that does not flush most of the time that someone leaves a dump in it. ( I say "leave" because I never have actually "taken" one.)

I have plunged it multiple times and I have snaked it with a 25 ft auger a couple of times. A 5 gallon bucket of water goes down the toilet almost as fast as I can pour it in. I have gone to the roof and insured that the vent was clear by running lots of water down it with the hose. The tank water level is set to maximum. Mansfield customer service told me that this toilet has a trap glazing that will not deteriorate over time, and that it will stay smooth.

I am stumped and am thinking about removing the toilet to inspect the trap from the bottom. Possibly there is something caught in the trap that the auger did not remove??? Before I go to this trouble, I would like to hear any suggestions others may have.

Thanks much.
