low water pressure

I had bad water pressure in my home. I took apart our flo-jet shallow well pump and it was pretty clean. FLushed our boiler heater and water pressure was great for a month. Now its back to being terrible. What should I look for? Its bad cold and hot and every faucet.

Remove an aerator or two could be debris in the aerators,is your shower spout +head also low??????

they were all clean. Even if I remove the head the water is still low

Is there an in line strainer you could clean of a pressure reducing valve that you could clean
