leaky shower head

Hello, My shower head leaks, I was told I need a new cartridge for the handle. I cant find the manufacturers name on the trim. Could somebody help identify the manufacturer or any suggestions on how to figure this out would be greatly appreciated! Thanks - Mark

Looks like Rohl or maybe Newport brass, grohe.

Turn main water off, remove trim and then remove the cartridge.

Use a caliper to measure the cartridges overall length and width.

Are you saying once I measure it I could take it to a plumbing store and they might be able to find a replacement?

Yes or take the part with you. Or measure and look for a replacement online.
