Hi,
Newbie to forum. Last year we installed a water softener. With a finished basement the best location was before the outdoor faucets (2). We went through quite a bit of salt watering our lawn and gardens and decided to install a faucet before the softener in a location that could work for the property. From the town water supply (3/4") we installed a tee, ball valve and then frost-free faucet. Everything works but the output is far less then the other two which go through the softener and the rest of the house plumbing. Putting a pressure gauge, the readings at all points is 60-65 psi, even so, the output at the new faucet is far less than the other points. What am I missing?
