Ive installed a new sink (one holer), water keeps backing up. I've already put drain cleaner down the sewer drain, but it still backs up. I have a snake (blade type) but there must be an elbow below the floor and I can't get it to turn. I live in a mobile home, there must be some kind of blockage between the kitchen drain and the main line. I don't have a disposal.

You obviously have a stoppage, and it is below that elbow. You may need to cut that ABS, shove a snake in there, then glue on a coupling afterwards.
