We bought a Kholer Tournant kitchen faucet last year and have loved it. A few weeks ago it started having low water pressure. We did the usual and took off the sprayhead, cleaned it, etc, but it didn’t solve the problem. When the head is taken off, the pressure is still low. All other appliances in the house seem to still have their usual water pressure so we believe it is just this faucet. We’ve tried to research online, but can’t find any helpful videos on how to check the spray hose for clogs or how to change the valve if we need to. (A new valve is being shipped to us free of charge since Kholer believes this is probably the issue.) Any help or suggestions would be appreciated, especially any “how to” videos. It’s model #77515.
This link shows the specific faucet.

its either the cartridge or you could remove the hot and cold supply lines and see what your getting at the supply valves use a separate flex supply and one at a time hook up
the flex supply to hot /cold valves and flush them into a bucket that will rule out the plumbing feeding your faucet
