In the past, anytime I've had problems with a delta product, I have called thier support line and they have sent parts that I need, or if they don't have the part, they send a complete fixture. I had 4 bathroom faucets, all with a common problem. They sent me 4 new faucets. I just love this company. 2 days ago, I found my hand held shower had the little rubber nozzles starting to disintegrate. I called them, all they wanted was a picture and where I bought it. No receipt proof, nothing. My new one is arriving today. They make nice products and no hassel to replace or fix.
