Hello - My shower faucet would not shut off so I currently turned off the water supply of that bathroom. I am trying to open the faucet but don't see any screw or allen screws or any clips to remove on the shower handle. Can someone please suggest how can I remove the shower faucet handle? Attached is the pic

Remove this button and you should find a screw in the hole

Moen made two styles of that handle.

If there’s not a hole in the handle for a set screw then that plug will pry out with something sharp. Be careful.

Thank you!!!! @Twowaxhack

Which part do I need to replace as the faucet would not turn off and the water would flow continuously so currently I have turned off the water supply to this faucet.

Replace the Moen positemp cartridge.

You can watch a couple YouTube videos and it’ll show the steps to take.

In the meantime you can take off the shower head and thread on a cap on the shower arm so you can turn the water back on to the house. If it’s a shower only.E47E004B-8E5D-464F-9D3F-130422D68E8F.jpeg
